2024 MHS Pawliday Match Challenge

As I'm sure you all have felt, costs have continued to soar and the need is greater than ever. Several organizations in our area our struggling to continue the mission. What hasn't changed is the commitment of the Meriden Humane Society to the vulnerable and in need cats and dogs in our community.

​

We remain committed to welcoming as many animals as possible into the MHS family and getting them the medical care and TLC they need to be able to shine as their happy and healthy selves.  Once their needs are met, we turn our tails to our intensive adoption process and make every effort to ensure each animal's next home is their last.

​

This holiday season we are asking you again to help us bring animals in and help us get them home. In 2024 we are once again on track to welcome nearly 500 animals and to adopt out almost that many. It costs over $26,000 a month to run the Meriden Humane Society in the execution of our mission. We are in need of funding to continue to save animals in need.

Thanks to a commitment from some of our most generous donors, each dollar of the first $15,000 raised will be matched. Please consider giving to The Meriden Humane Society this holiday season. Every dollar helps us save and place another animal in their forever home.
